Every now and then, a company comes along and does things differently, thinks outside the box, and creates something
new. LUXE HOMES DESIGN+BUILD was created with that vision in mind.

Formed by the owners of two successful award-winning companies, VanBrouck and Associates (a luxury residential
design firm) and Olde World Homes (a luxury home building company), have a combined 30 years of industry experience
in designing and building high-end, custom luxury homes.

Co-founders Bryan and Rachel Leith (husband
and wife team), have successfully built some of

Co-founders John and Donna VanBrouck
(husband and wife team), have forged lasting

that 1,500 distinctive homes. They have
achieved a high level of client satisfaction due
to their fresh perspectives on creative
residential design and unmatched artistic and
technical abilities. They have received over 86
top design awards and continue to create some
of the most beautiful homes in the area. What
